FAQ

Capability

The D200 Pro can connect to Wi-Fi, while the D100 Pro cannot. Is there a specific reason for this difference?
The D100 Pro is designed for offline deployment in harsh environments.
How do your RF sensors detect drones?
Our RF sensors use spectrum signature analysis, protocol decoding, and Remote ID reception to detect and identify drones.
Which frequency bands does the D200 Pro cover?
D200 Pro detection bands are 2.4 GHz, 5.2 GHz, and 5.8 GHz.
What is the detection range of the D200 Pro?
The D200 Pro supports drone detection ranges of up to 6 km (approximately 3.7 miles), depending on the environment and signal conditions. Urban clutter or heavy RF interference can reduce effective range.
How do you handle DJI O4 protocol decoding?
The D200 Pro does not decode DJI O4 on the device itself. It uses an external decoding server: by default an AWS-hosted service, or a customer-operated decoding server. Decoded results return to the device or the DroneSense.AI C2 System.
How does protocol decoding differ between different drone brands?
We support full protocol decoding for DJI drones, while other mainstream drone brands are primarily detected through RF spectrum feature analysis and Remote ID reception when available.
What information can the system display after detecting a drone?
The system can display drone model information, serial number, operating frequency, drone location, pilot location, altitude, and distance when available.
What types of drones can your system detect?
Our system currently supports detection of approximately 300 drone models, primarily focused on civilian and commercial drones.
